The key to become and maintain your best self, now and over the long haul is by maintaining your mental well-being. It needs to be nurtured.
Take time to meditate and focus on the things you are grateful for. Take time to replenish your mind and spirit.
Developing a habit takes time and repetition, hence it should be done in progression.
EVEN SMALL HABITS CAN HAVE A POWERFUL CUMULATIVE EFFECT.
For instance, if you have a goal of writing a book, develop a habit of sitting down and writing
every day, even if it’s just for 30 minutes, it will do. Similarly, if you want to get into a better
shape, start exercising for at least 20 minutes a day and work your way up accordingly.
NO ONE CAN MAKE US CHANGE TILL THE TIME WE TRULY WANT US TO CHANGE.
