Participants partner with career coach in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential
Participants are assisted and advice on social/personal/professional work place challenges.
Participants can tap into their emotions through pleasure, reward, competition, surprise, and more. They give us a sense of autonomy, competency, and relatedness.
Participants to take a small mini self-assessment to establish a base line as a starting point for sessions.
Participants to get comfortable with each other and with structure for upcoming sessions.
